Leads the strategic market shaping activities for new products at a NJ based pharmaceutical company. Develops strong KOL relationships, conducts advisory boards, develops publications plans and other relevant programs to support pre-launch initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams that include marketing, medical affairs, market research, business development, regulatory and legal. Develops programs that align with marketing and corporate goals. Responsible for maintaining budgets, managing related agencies and supervising from one-three direct reports. Favorably represents the company to thought leaders, associations, societies and academia.
The successful candidate will have a clinical background, such as an RPh, RN, MD, Pharm D, or PhD. Ten years of experience in brand marketing, market shaping activities or other relevant background relating to launching new products is required. Seeks strong KOL collaboration and influencing skills, strong clinical knowledge, marketing orientation and the ability to deliver successful programs for pre-launch products. Requires management experience.
