To better your understanding of non-clinical career options and/or facilitate your physician career change, today we introduce you to Eric Wargotz, MD. Dr. Wargotz is President of the Queen Anne County’s Board of County Commissioners and Countywide member.
Dr. Wargotz is a physician, businessman, and a clinical professor of pathology at the George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Wargotz served as a laboratory medical director for 17 years and managed a busy hospital department. Dr. Wargotz has a strong social conscience, is an experienced activist, volunteer and leader, and is committed to improving the quality of life through working with citizens and local, regional, state, and federal officials for the benefit of building a safer, stronger state and nation.
