Dr. Mudge-Riley successfully made the transition from clinical practice to non-direct clinical work and now works for a brokerage firm in Richmond, Virginia as Director of Wellness and Health Promotion. She has spent the past five years advising other doctors on how to enhance their career and on transitioning to a non-clinical career through Physicians Helping Physicians under Integrate Health For Results, LLC. She has worked with over 50 doctors located in various locations throughout the United States.
